Brian P. Shotts


Brian P. Shotts joined the firm in March of 2015. Brian’s responsibilities at Grace, Marmero include Deptford Township, Delran Township, and City of Lambertville COAH Attorney, Deptford Township, and Burlington County Insurance Fund Commission as Workman’s Compensation Defense Attorney, Camden County Special Litigation Counsel, Washington Township, City of Bridgeton, City of Wildwood and Camden County Insurance Commission Special Counsel, Bergen County Outside Legal Counsel Pool, Bergen County Improvement Authority Special Litigation Pool, Cumberland County Improvement Authority and City of Wildwood Tax Appeal Attorney.

Prior to joining the firm Brian worked for Pennsylvania State Representative, Scott Petri, where he aided local constituents in navigating government agency programs in order to resolve various issues.  Additionally, he worked closely with local municipalities and municipal agencies, assisting them in interfacing with state government, local businesses and the public on numerous issues including land use, flooding, traffic assessments, grant applications and the lease of state land.

Brian graduated with a Juris Doctor from Drexel University School of Law in May of 2014.  While in law school Brian interned with BDP International, Inc., the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, and the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.  Additionally, Brian worked with local immigration attorneys completing applications under Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals as a part of Drexel’s Pro Bono program.

While at Drexel, Brian completed the Business and Entrepreneurial Law Concentration where he garnered extensive knowledge in corporate law, transactional law and contract negotiation and drafting.
